Another Newbie

Hello from about as far west as you can get in Canada, on Vancouver Island. I've been a frequent visitor to the site and have found a ton of useful information and tips from the users who are far more experienced than me. I've had a Masterbuilt Cookmaster gas smoker since this past Christmas and have been trying a few things since then, and confess that what I'm really looking forward to is summertime when I can move the smoker from the deck, smoking under cover in a cool drizzle, to the patio in the sun and have a few cold pops to go with the smoking.

So, thanks to the forum members for all the help thus far!
