I marinated this London Broil in Mojo overnight and then next morning put Jeff's rub on it. Put on grill to sear it a little.Put in smoker at 225 degrees and smoked until internal temp reached 140.Then wrapped in foil and towel and put in cooler for 1/2 hr.I forgot to take a picture of it in smoker. Meat taken out of foil after 1/2 hr. Just starting to slice meat for sammies. Sammie made with grilled onions and bread,mild pepper rings, horseradish sauce and Chipolte chedder cheese.
