6 butts, Qview when I'm pulling

    Sorry, no qview for the preperation or the tbs. I am smoking six 8-9lb butts on a 22.5"WSM ....3 on top and 3 on the bottom. I am using cherry and Royal oak lump (red bag), what a nice smell. I started at 4:30pm Friday afternoon. The butts on the top rack are at about 170 degrees as I type. I normally plan on 16 hour (all nighters) every other weekend.

    I'll post Qview when I'm pulling.

    Do you think that I should figure on 16 hours for a 10# one, too? I just got it in the rub so I don't want to start it before 5am. I'd like to have it ready by dinner, though. Do you think that I could speed it up in the oven some after it's foiled? Do I sound like a noob that asks too many questions? [​IMG] I could start another thread if these are inappropriate here.
