2nd Smoke

    Working on this today. Overstuffed the fatty and had some trouble getting it rolled, but all worked out and the fatty was very good.The ribs are Pork western cut and are foiled now.

    omg - my taste buds broke just looking at that delicious fatty!!! [​IMG] what exactly did you stuff it with? I see some spinach, mushrooms, and cheese, anything else?

    That's my favorite fatty filling! Is there such a thing as an overstuffed fatty? As long as the goods stay *mostly* inside!! Good Job[​IMG]
