2 batches of slim jims tomorrow ( PICS ADDED)

    mixed up 2 3lb batches of slim jims to smoke tomorrow

     one batch has hi temp cheddar and the other has hi temp pepper jack

    seasoned with ac leggs  stick mix

    Just saw your other post, so did you cut the 1/4" cheese cubes smaller or leave them the same size?

    Also what size casings did you use?

    (sorry for the questions, I'm doing homework )

    well here our my  picsof todays events  sticks are now in the bloom stage thanks for looking will put up the money shot tomorrow aftre i cut them

    3lbs of cheddar and 3 lbs pepperjack
