Hey all,

I'm about to toss a 3lb Canadian Bacon and a mix of Polish and Apple sausage on the GOSM. I rubbed the roast down with a mix of brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, and rosemary and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

I'll update this post with pics as the smoke goes on.
