Did this today on my Treager.  First time for turkey on the pellet pooper. Had actual turkey gravy from the drippings.

If that is practice, Then TDay should work out fine! My buddy has a treager and it does great on everything he does! Very nice bird...... Thanks for sharing

I  did brine, no injection.  Rubbed under the skin, then very little rub on the outside.
