Sausage Patty Size

I am getting ready to make some venison breakfast sausage patties.  How do you keep the sausage patties the same size?  Is there a sausage patty press?  If you have any tried and tested venison sausage breakfast receipes I would be glad to hear what they are.

I use my hamburger press. If you dont have one of those you can use a ice cream scoop to make equal size portions and then smash them flat.

If you don't have a press but have a 3" pastry ring or an empty tuna can cut out both ends and you can use them as a mold for the patties. Good luck and remember the qview

Old scar beat me to it.

 Just use anything that will cut them the size you want. just like cutting cookies.

You can use a slice of pvc pipe any thickness you want any diameter you want. Just put on top of wax paper and use some spray olive oil.
