Been practicing with some smaller cuts of meat until now so this was my first sizable chunk as well as my first overnight-er. Threw this 7lb butt on at midnight last night. Took about 12hrs and turned out pretty good. Thought I 'd share it. In my excitement and eagerness to eat, I forgot to take a photo after pulling it. I did separate the fat from all that juice and mixed it back in. Guess what's for lunch tomorrow?
