ok guys this was my first official smoke with my new masterbuilt xl, overall this smoker is good, like others have said, I am going to replace the wood pan for a cast iron one, aside from that this smoker as it is stock works pretty well. well, too much about the smoker on with the pics. I need to put some gasket on the door(that's a note to myself lol)
here we have brisket and chuckies rubbed already and ready to go into the fridge overnight.
Next day into the smoker
This is how I was wrapping my chunks
Smoke started right away after dropping the chunks in there
First to come out are the chuckies...
After that the brisket made it out, several hrs later hehe
And after eating the things need to be put away...
and All ready to be thrown into the freezer, bottom is brisket and top are the chucks (forgot two more bags from the brisket)
