Well here is day 2 of what we did with a 2.5# chuckie using ChefRobs rub

 That Au Jus is killing me. I'm thinking F.O.S. with that. Maybe B.B.B. or a D.F.T. , A.B.T's, C.B. ,
 
Sorry guys I forgot to post the cheese but there is no need to add anything else to this. The flavor explosion is incredible
 
i bet the saltiness of the broth is good since my rub has little salt..............
 
Rob - you gotta try this. The flavor is sooo over the top you are going to be amazed

Now that does look like one of the best Sammies out there to date. I really like it to with the carmilized onions are the best for me.

Woohoo! That is one mighty fine looking sammie ya got there buddy! I think shots of au jus are in order!
 
thats a good looking sandwich   couldve used 4 or 5 of thoses yesterday while watching football all day

That sammie is AWESOME !!!!

And that's the only way I can eat onions. I love them like that!

That's a fine looking sammie!  Please explain the "second sweat" on the onions. 
The onions got something of a sweat in the broth and were nice and soft but we wanted to carmelize them so we put them into the frying pan and took them to a carmelized state reducing the moisture or sweating them a second time
