Hello all. It's been awhile since I've posted anything. I figured ya'all was gettin tired of me posting everything that I smoked so I took a little break.

Here's a meatloaf that I'm smokin right now. Ingredients are:

3 pounds of beef

1 pound Bob Evans chub

2 cups of oven dried bread crumbs

bell pepper (well my frozen diced bell pepper turned out to be zucini so there actually isn't any bell pepper)

red and yellow banana peppers

3 eggs

2 Tbs Magic Rub

When it hits around 150 I will put my BBQ sauce on.

I think that's bout it.

Here's some shots of the pre-smoke:

This meatloaf is 12 inches by 6 inches wide and 5 inches high. Anyone hungry?

ROFLMBO. The zuky meatloaf turned out great.  The 14 yr old and wife said it was the best meatloaf yet and we all had a laugh.

The final pics will come tomorrow. This old man is gettin tired.

Well the beginning looks good and bye the time that it's ready I'll be ready for a sandwich thou.

Well, as promised, here's the finished meatloaf.  I have to agree with my wife and 14 yr old, this is one of the best tasting meatloafs I've ever smoked. That mistake, zuchini instead of bell pepper, was the ticket. LOL

Well Ray,

You've been gone awhile, but you didn't forget how to make people drool!

Looks really great!

At 150˚, you said you put your sauce on. How long until you took it out then---160˚--165˚ ???

Thanks Ray, and good to see ya again,

Bear
