So yeah, i'm new here and to smoking. A few months ago I got a Brinkmann smoke and grill. It's been a hassle to use, but I've gotten a couple good things out of it. Guess I'll go ahead and ask a question while I introduce myself. I'm having trouble keeping the temperature up, and from what i've read here and elsewhere I decided to put some holes in the charcoal pan to increase air flow. Lets see if I can figure out how to put a picture of that on here:
Yep, that was done with a nail and the back of a screwdriver. I'm a college student living in an apartment so I have absolutely no tools and my main concern is that the manager doesn't notice my smoker going on the balcony. Anyway, let me know what else I can do to make it better given the lack of tools and space, thanks!
