Have had a white trash barrel for 5 years now. I guess people call them big hoss barrel or something like that. I love cooking. I usually do tri tip and baby backs. but also have done whole chickens, pork loin. I love a good dry rub, not much into the mess you get with sauces. I also love smoking because it gives you more time to drink beer!
