I also put my meat in the freezer to help keep the fat from melting away cuz I LOVE FAT! When I make my burgers I lather it up in clarified butter, freeze a little, grind, make my patties, freeze a little and then onto the smokin' hot grill. MMMmmmm. I know I have posted this picture before, but for the newbies, this is what a Squirrel Burger looks like. Free signed 8x10's available. LOL! Actually I do have this picture hanging in my kitchen.
