I'm dialed in at 240* and smoking some BBs on the 26.75" over cherry and a little hickory.  Pics to follow...

Before the crutch...  I had to add a water pan cuz I didn't close the lid all the way and temps flared!

It looks like apple juice, but it's water for a heat sink.  It got a little discolored from the smoke.
