Wings for me coated with Jeffs rub.

Thighs for her salt pepper and garlic.

Alder in the AMAZEN.

Smoker at 235.

Food to 150 then a few minutes in the broiler to crisp.

 Perfect. Crispy and juicy.

Many thanks to you folks for the inspiration.

Got a 12 lb turkey brining for tomorrow. Wheeeeee!

Great job! I'm curious about cooking the chicken to 150, it isn't still pink? Or because you put it in the broiler for a few minutes it gets up to 160 or so? I like the idea though. I've got thighs and wings thawing for dinner and wouldn't mind trying your method. Thanks for sharing!

I shut the MES off at 150 and the stuff sat in there for 5-10 mins more.  It was close to 170 when it came out of the oven. No pink stuff here.

The Woman would not like that. hahahahaha
