New to Smoking

Hey everyone, I recently picked up a smoker (custom built using propane tanks) and am new to the hobby.  I have smoked chicken, ribs and tri tip roast so far since getting my smoker on Friday.  I have looked thru the forum and learned a lot over the past week from all the information.  This is a great site to learn from.

Thanks for the warm welcome....I am trying to figure out what to smoke this weekend, I will definitely do a couple more chickens and I am thinking about doing a chuck roast so I can have pulled beef sandwiches for lunches next week.
