Well year seven is in the books and was great. Here's a couple of picks for ya
In the pot is chili we have on all day for snackin. (its on a hanger not hanging from the pig)
Some people just couldn't keep their hands off and the skin was stripped from the middle where it wasn't wrapped in wire lol
I used straight apple just for a baste
And a goofy looking dog my cousin brought. I think this little guy was related to the pig cause he sure sounded like one.
It was a great time and the pig turned out fantastic no leftovers from an 80 pounder.
