Hello All. I am a rookie smoker just trying to get my feet wet. I started on a weber charcoal grill and have recently acquired a brinkman vertical water smoker. Over the Labor Day weekend I did some ribs and a boston butt on the water smoker. The meat turned out so good that my friend, who is a steakhouse proprietor, wants to fund my first large scale smoker. I look forward to absorbing decades of knowledge from all you old pros.
