Just got my new smoker today and I'm smoking 3 racks of ribs!!
Few questions:
Does it matter if the ribs are touching each other on the rib-rack?
Im doing the 3-2-1 also and im on hour 2 now. Man do they smell good!!! Using apple and hickory wood.
Does it matter if the wood chips touch the bunner? I had a small fire in the first 15 mins but put out quick.
