Just finished my mods to a ecb today and since I had the day off I figured might as well try it out. fyi this is my first time smoking ever not just with this grill so If your looking for tips i aint got none. lol. Went to the local grocery store and picked up 3 half baby backs as they where out of full slabs. Trying to keep the temp constant on this ecb is a tough. But so far am enjoying it.
Made my own rub as I was in the mood for something sweeter. Smoking with applewood chips in a cast iron firebox and chunks of hickory thrown on top or kingsford original.
