First of all I would like to say thanks to everyone that has ever offered there opinions and knowledge with me on this forum.  Today Im going to smoke some Country style boneless ribs that my mom bought for some reason, some chicken thighs and a few chuckar breasts that Im going to wrap in bacon.  I will try to post some pics of before and after and see if you guys think I used your advice correctly... Or you can make and A** out of me anyway.

hahah

Thanks,

Jim

Good luck with the smoke and don't forget to take lots of Qview

Sounds like a good menu. Hope it came out good

OK I have a few pics now but their not the greatest views.... My wife has to sharpen her photography skills! ahahha.... The food was great and even the country style ribs were very good.... Im not a big no bone rib guy but they were very good.

OK heres the quartered potatoes that I hit with a little bit of old bay, kosher salt, pepper, and olive oil

The chicken thighs that I dry rubbed

The country style ribs

and finally:  The quail and chukkar wrapped in bacon

feel free to ridicule me as much as you like!

Thanks,

Jim
