whats up guys well tuesday i smoked my first butt, which i didn't get to take any pics! things came out soo good that i stopped back at the meat market today to try it again. they were out of the regular butts so i go the sub that the guy offered me... boneless sumthin or other. he said its what they actually use to make there pulled pork at the market.. question is if anyone can help does it matter what side i put them down since there's no fat side??

pickles wrapped in cream cheese an ham.... brown sugar an pretzel crust jello mold an water chestnuts wrapped in bacon.(unfinished oven pic cause my camera died, an didn't have time to smoke but there's always next time)
an off to the get together for all the smiles when i pull up!! all in all day was perfect! nice weather! wish i got a few more pics in!
