Two butts rubbed with mustard and coated with Memphis dust dry rub...

On the smoker with probes inserted.

Threw on some ABT's

Smoked with cherry and oak at 225.  Mopped after first two hours, and every hour till 185 internal temp.  Pulled and foiled for 1.5 hrs.  The final products...

Looks amazing.  was this your first smoke on your RF then?  how were your temps holding?  my first smoke on mine is tomorrow.  cant wait

It was kind of a windy day with constant shifting wind.  That affected the temp control a bit, but it never got hotter than 240 or below 215.  I used Frontier Lump Charcoal from Sam's club.  Went through about 12 chimneys full in a 9.5hr smoke.
