My wife and kids put this together for tonight's dinner:

None of it was smoked (not by me, anyway), but I'm not complaining!!! Yummy stuff after a long day at work!

I'm not sure if the Sausage Primavera recipe is up for publication, and, I'm actually a bit scared to ask...it might be one of those "if I told you, I'd have to kill you" woman things. I don't want to risk it, if know what I mean. They tell me I should grab the camera when I walked in the door, so I could share with my friends here. All I can tell you is that the sauce and veggies are freshly prepared and not from a jar, so the seasoning blend could be just about anything to do with Italian.

Anyway, something to think about if you're looking for a dish to try. Just use tomato, bell pepper, garlic and onions for the sauce base and build it from there...it'll be good eating.

Thanks all!

Eric
