time 6:30 am to 4:00pm

hickory mesquite mix

decide  to make some pork sandwiches for snacks today

started last night with a little lime juice and jalapeno marinade

after the 8 hour cook i wrapped and let it sit for an hour then pulled it

Nice pull there.  How big was the butt?  If it only took you 8 hours, I'm guessing it was about 4-6 pounds, no?  What temp did you pull it off the smoker?
 
looks good but man i cant see any smoke on that? that bone and all is way too clean? Must be an mes?

pandemonium  I use the GOSM  big block

smoke was 75% hickory with 25^ mesquite

bone slid right out clean as as a whistle

pork was small about 4.5 lbs

pork was perfect, taking the rest out on the water today to nibble on as i drive around
