I found this site a few weeks ago and I've spent a lot of time lurking around. I inherited a ECB from my father in law and have smoked a pork butt and ribs on different occasions with great results. Next weekend I will be helping my sister move and I have offered to make the food. I want to smoke two racks of ribs and a pork butt at the same time on the ECB. From your experience, is that a good idea or should I smoke them separately? Also, if it is ok to smoke at the same time, what temp should I get the smoker? Last time, I smoked the ribs at 225 and the butt at 250. Thanks your help.
