Not even sure when I did these smokes, this is actually the first qview since tne site change. I love the surprises when I download pictures from who knows when, sometimes I surprise myself! This all looks good to me, I wish I still had some leftovers. I hope you enjoy the QVIEW, if you do check my next posts in the lamb section, and My Collosal 10 Butt Smoke Challenge! Thanks for looking, I couldn't turn out this food without the help from the people on this site.

Butterflied a Pork loin, and stuffed with Pesto, some kind of small pasta, mushrooms, fresh basil, and chopped garlic. I do remember this one, it was really good!

That pork loin looks spectacular. I love pesto. How long did it take?
I smoked that baby for about 3.5-
4
hours, they don't take long and pickup some really good smoke flavor. I used hickory, but apple would work well for this too.
