Beer can chicken

Thread Starter

My wife hates to cook, lucky she has me or she would waste away (or eat out a lot more). Anyway this is her masterpiece, I promised I would post a pic of it for her. She recently discovered beer can chicken and loves it (mainly cause it is so easy to do). I am not big on chicken but I have to admit it came out good.

That looks fantastic, it would be tough to not steal a bite off that bird before it was time for dinner.

That Chicken looks good from here.  Leftover, if any, make good chicken salad sandwiches.
