Well I ordered one of the STUFZ stuffed burger presses and I love it. I took a lot of pictures so you can get an idea how they work. It takes a lot of the mess out of making your stuffed burgers. I can't wait to experiment with some more crazy stuffed burgers.

Putting the bottom layer on.

Pressing it down to make the middle for your stuffing ingredients.

Cavity created for your goodies.

Onions fried in garlic and beef broth going in the center.

Don't forget the cheese.

Now that I have the press operation down I am going to experiment with all kinds of different stuffing ingredients. The next batch is going to be stuffed Mac & Cheese burgers. Hope you enjoyed the post. I would highly suggest one of these presses.

I am going to make up a bunch of stuffed burgers and freeze them for our camping trip to our family reunion in a few weeks. They are going to love them.

I just think that's plain cheatin'.  Making stuffed burgers is suppose to be difficult and frustrating.  Now you gone and made it too easy.  Now, everyone will want to do it........Next thing you know, they'll want a special sub forum under beef... called stuffed ground meat or something like that.

Now, what did you say that address was????

Those burgers look great!  The only problem I have had with mine is that everyone wants different stuffings.  Sometimes trying to figure out which one is which once it goes on the grill or smoker can get confusing.

They all turned out great last time I did some for the group though, no complaints.

Holy cow, that's so neat! They should give you some freebies with all the folks you have sent to their website!

Yes that thing is pretty darn cool and it looks like it really works too.

Well I hope your getting kickbacks or something RB. I just ordered one also, already have tons of ideas!

I have found that if you use 1/4 lb. of meat for each layer it comes out really good.  I just weigh it out in 1/4 lb. balls and then put in the contraption.

Turns out the guy who makes those is in my town, my daughter got me one for my birthday and I been loving it since.
