Hello all from a newb in NJ. I am in the process of desinging my barrel smoker I am using a 55 gallon stainless drum and possibly a keg for my firebox gathering parts over the next couple of weeks hope to have it done in the fall will post my build as it takes shape.I love brewing beer,recording and playing music,and BBQ in no particular order.Hope to learn lots on this forum!
