I got a whole yard bird and the wings of about a dozen of his closest friends going. I brined them with some salt/water and Dr. Pepper. Then I rubbed them with a mix of salt, pepper, garlic and oregano. The whole bird has a can of soda up his backside. This is the first time I've tried the can thing. I can't wait to taste them.
I also have a pork loin going on the trip with them.
