Name is Kevin.  Master K is the nickname my kids gave me years ago whenever I am smoking or grilling.

Mostly enjoy smoking baby backs, butts, prime rib, beef tenderloin, sausage.  Trying to figure out brisket.

Have done chickens, fresh hams and salmon.  Going to try whole hog sometime in the near future.

I have owned a Brinkmann Cimarrron for about 9-10 years.  A friend of mine and I just went together on the big one.  It is locally made by a seasoned smoking veteran.  Great quality.  He obviously takes pride in his work.

Firebox is on the back of the barrell.  My buddy has it at a family function.  He is returning it Sunday.  I will take more pics including the firebox and post them then.

Thanks for the welcomes.  Looking forward to learning new techniques from you guys.

Hi princess,

Muncie for me.

I bought my car in Lafayette at Raisor Ford.

Got the big one back today.  Here it is just before throwing 2 whole chickens and 5 thighs.  Some of you asked for more pics of the smoke box, etc.
