Wow...I finally figured out how to post Qview!  So, here ya go.....Sunday we walked our county fair parade for my political campaign and I decided to treat my walkers to some pulled pork.  Turned out well I think, and there were no complaints.  Actually I heard nothing but lip smacking so I take that as a good sign.  I did have to finish it in the oven as a severe thunderstorm popped up outta nowhere with serious winds, but it was at the last stage anyway, so no harm no foul.  Now the neighbors are really drooling, so I may have to make up something for them soon.  Darn..another reason to smoke something!  Enjoy!

All that was left!  Got polished off an hour later.  Can't let good food go to waste (should go to waist instead!)

No problem Piney..there may be a duplicate around too.  Got a weird error message when I sent them (not the moderation one) so I resent.  Anyway, today, the neighbors might as well just leave town or make a dish.  Planning on another rack of ribs as well as a brisket.  The ribs should be fine, but this will be a first on the brisket.  On a side note, all this smoking I have done over the last few weeks has now "ruined" the taste of some darn good chicken that gets done around here for fundraisers and such.  Last nights dinner after a day of campaigning at our county fair was a half of their chicken.  Just didn't have the same taste any more.  Still was good, but now I notice how little smoke flavor is there.  Oh well, guess I will have to try a few of those soon too!

And oh yeah....this set of ribs will be getting the first of the home-made sauce I concocted as well.  I am a "little of this, dash of that" kind of cooker, so I don't even remember whats in it, but it smelled great when it was done cooking and tastes mighty fine, so we will see.
