Joppa #120 of Hurley, SD is having their annual pork loin supper. I grabbed a couple pictures. it was delicious. finishing sauce consisted of beer and BBQ sauce. thanks for looking.

A Travling Man with a tractor.

 looks good and one heck of a heavy duty smoker!
they had a parade with a bunch of old tractors, a whole weekend of fun in a town of about 300 people. good folks there.


 
Looks great! How's that smoker work, got a motor on it or good ole sweat?
there is a pretty good sized motor on the front of the smoker that runs it. I love the cowboy hate smoke stack. lol. i wish it was mine.

just a few bucks worth of meat on that smoker, huh?
i wish i knew for sure how much they paid for all the loin. it sure was tasty though. wow. smoked with apple wood at about 225*
