It has been quite a while since I've shared any gview.  I have some beef ribs in the smoker now.  Rubbed with Big Rons Original Rub.  Smoking with cherry wood at 225.  I've been spritzing with a mix of rum, apple cider vinegar and budwesier bbq sauce.  Foiled after 2 hours.  Will leave in foil about 45 minutes to an hour and then about 30 minutes unfoiled.

Some NICE lookin Dino bones for sure.

When I foiled the ribs I added to the smoker. Some corn on the cob with husks still on (one also wrapped with bacon to try it out).  And some chicken breasts.  2 were marinated in a balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh ground pepper, rosemary and garlic ( and just now realized I  never added salt!). 2 others were rubbed with Big Rons and wrapped in bacon.  That pic turned out bad, so I will get another when I unload.

Thanks for the comments.  As with most beef ribs, not a lot of meat.  They turned out OK.  Definitely will not be using bbq sauce again in a spritz.  just not quite right.  But kids seemed to like them and so did hubby so its all good.  Not a great pic at all.  Any one out there that can make this look "prettier" that would be great.  Corn came out wonderful as always, loved smoked corn.

Oh MrsB! I love, love, love beef ribs, but I wish they had more meat on them bones! Yours look fantastic!

Thanks squirrel.  I think I need some lessons from you or cowgirl on pic taking.  Just can't ever seem to get my settings right.  I love beef ribs too as does the family.  Normally I will get short ones still on the bone with more meat than these but the grocer was out this last trip.
