Hi folks. I'm a relative novice at smoking and found this site to be the absolute best corner of knowledge on the entire enterweb.
Just recently bought my first real smoker. Master Forge double door LP. Everything is going really well with ribs, fish, tenderloin, until last night when I tried a butt for the first time in it. I'll post my experience there in the proper forum, and hopefully get it fixed.
Thanks to everyone who takes time here to drop their knowledge. I've always been a fairly good cook, but with all the wonderful tips and advice on SMF, I know I'll be a successful smoker, as well!
