Ok, I am doing 6-8 pints, I will give them a quick blanch in boiling hot water for 30 seconds.. Then in the Dryer..! Does anybody have a way that they did them, how long temps etc..?.. will post pics later...

I did a couple of racks in my dehydrator. Came out like small raisins. Better for using in yogurts and cakes then to eat out the bag. I hope you can teach me something.
I did do some figs in the dehydrator. Concentrated the sweetness and they make great snacks.
