A local bbq eatery is having recipe of the month challenge were who ever produces the best recipe gets $100 worth of meat. You email them your recipe and thats the way they pick winner. No particular category, just whatever. I need you guys help on submitting one. I dont have any special recipes up my sleeve so I new exactly where to come. Please send me you guys favorite dishes be it sauce, rub, recipe whatever you guys think I can win off of. If for some reason I win, which would be totally awesome, that will indeed show the superiority or knowledge base of this site. once I found out i immediately got on the computer.
