I joined up a couple of years back - computer crashed and lost all my info but I'm back again! I have been smoking and grilling for quite awhile and re-hooked up to this group in search of new ideas. I am also a very accomplished home cook/canner/baker etc. I have recently tried making my own bacon - taking the rind off which was a mistake - and thought "those smoking meat guys' will set me straight. Happy to be back.
I have a 4 year old Chargriller with a smoker box - bought last year a Royal Oak grill and still looking for the smoke box. This year Lowes is not stocking them.
I'm entering our BBQ rib contest at our county fair. Still perfecting my techniques and it's only a couple of weeks away!
