I never properly introduced myself to everyone. I'm just a Florida Boy that loves Q.I have had many smokers over the years,But now I have 2 offset charbroil smokers, and 1 upright. Soon to begin my 250 reverse flow trailer build. Thanks to everyone in advance for all the input! Glad to be a part of this Forum.

Welcome there Raptor to SMF. There are quite a few of us Floridians here. But other then that you'll like here for there is a whole boat load of info and recipes here all for the sharing. So kick back  read some threads and check out the site I'm sure you will bequite impressed with what alls here.
