Finally got working again. Had to paint as even though it is stainless it was rusted through in a couple places. A little bondo and paint and looks new. Also put a thermo on the outside. This thing is dead on temp wise. Have done about 300 pounds of meat without any problem. I only burn about a gallon and a half per summer sausage run so it is pretty cheap to run. Very insulated. 

This is the burner set up. I have a 1/4 plate that goes over it. I would like to do a pipe burner across the entire floor but dont want to pay that much. Anyone have any idea's on building a low pressure pipe burner?
