Looks great!!  Are those Boneless country-style pork ribs???  We love those things!  Welcome to the forum and the family!

Don't know why, but I had a heck of a time replying to your post.  Had tp use the "advance reply."  Don't even really know what that's for.  Something weird going on with the format....

Now your ribs look good but could you give us some more info. Like what you did to them and what kind of smoker you smoked them on and maybe how high a temp you smoke them at and what temp you took them off????? Now we would really like to know some of thoses things and if your new please tell us you are.?????

Hi,

Sorry about that I am a new so I am still learning how to use the forum. I am smoking with a char-broil offset smoker, I am new to the smoking world and I love it. I smoked the boneless ribs at 225 for two and a half hours the stayed steady at 225 for the entire time. With Jeffs rub on them they were a hit with everyone.

Thanks
