4th of july bbq...qview with ribs in the smoker

heres the meat that i will be using tomorrow...3 pork shoulders, 21 pounds total...and 2 racks of pork loin back ribs...3 a.m is gonna come early...

the big shoulder is cut up into 2 shoulders

i rubbed the pork shoulders down with mustard before i put the rub on, and the flash from the camera brought out the yellow from the mustard...

Just noticed the price on those butts. Will have to see if they're still on sale at the W-D. Good luck on your smoke!

the individual pork shoulders are 1.79 per pound

the smallest one was at 145 at 830...foiled it...ive been doin pretty good at keeping my temp around 250 so...using apple wood, with some hickory
