I'll be up with you tonight, FFT -- I've got 3 racks of Baby Backs rubbed in the fridge and plan to start the smoker around 2am, too. Then I'm changing wood and doing up some brats and dogs.
yea, we having a work day around here tomorrow to plywood in our new boat/RV garage. I got nominated for lunch chef. Which I always do and I am more than happy to accommodate. we gonna do pulled pork sandwiches and sausage
Me, I'm hanging out with family over at my Aunt's house this weekend (9 adults and 6 kids), so I wanted to get everything over there by lunch on Sat so we can munch on it the whole time. I don't know what everyone else is bringing, but I'm sure that there will be plenty.

Heck I might be here with you guys tonight I just can't sleep here tonight. I don't know why I just can't so there's no better place that I could be then here with a bunch of like minded folks and going thou some threads for a couple of hours.
well Im bout to knock out for a few hours. then up to light the pit and hopefully by 245 or 3 she has calmed down enough to slap the meat on. then back to sleep till 530ish and Im off to cut a yard then back to work on garage.

What the heck, I might as well join y'all! Finished off some ribs earlier in the evening and reloaded to start my butt at 10. Hopefully that'll get me finished up with that about noonish so I can catch a couple hours sleep before the kids get here. My new Maverick ET-73 thermo arrived late today so I'm using it tonight and I love it!
well, no sleep and the pit is lit. just been laying around tossing and turning. shouldn't have had that cup of coffee at 7 oclock I suppose. really regretting it now and probably will really be regretting it in the morning
