On the left is a chicken fatty stuffed with roasted taters, maters, mushrooms, onions, green beans and squash.

On the right is sausage stuffed with crab, shrimp and parm. cheese.

Ribs are still in the smoke!

inside view.  I'm proud of the smoke ring.

Edited to add ... the ribs!  (they taste better upside down)  :)

Nice lookin stuff Carson, I'm not a real big fan of chicken but I really like the sound of that chicken fatty. I'm going to give it a try soon. Thanks for sharing the Q-view.

Very nice there Carson. I see you got your welcoming present "The Fattie" is like our welcoming present to all the new members as for alot of folks find out about them here for the first time. Now your ribs look good but I had to lay on the floor to see them right side up....

Not only do the ribs stick to your ribs but they also stick to the plate!  That reminds me.  You know how Dairy Queen always (or is supposed to) turn the Blizzards upside down to show they are thick?  Well, a month ago it happened....the Blizzard fell out of the cup and onto the cash register.  I couldn't help but laugh.  I was laughing so hard I had to lean on the counter for support.

After seeing all of these fatties I really need to make one sometime soon.
