Well I finaly gotter done for a 70th b-day a friend asked me to cook for tommorow. Smoked 38lbs of boneless shoulder and 3 batches of the wicked ones. All in all it worked out pretty well with no hicups. Used my own rub with str8 hic and apple spritz.
