Well we are planning to work on our shed again this weekend. So my mom says why don't you go buy a ham to cook and you can slice it up with the new meat slicer and eat on it all weekend. As much as she had to twist my arm, I gave in. Well I love pineapples that are cooked on ham, so I went all out and covered the hole thing in pineapple. I also made a glazing/ basting sauce to put on it periodically. Heres some Q view before I put it in the smoker. Stand by for updates

That is gonna be GREAT !

Can't wait for the final slicing!

I think you missed a couple of spots though.

Reminds me of when I was a kid, back in the old days, when I worked after school at gas stations. In those days we washed everybody's windshields, while we pumped their gas. Wise guys used to sit in their front seat pointing to a little bug that you missed!!!

So I'm telling you I see a couple spots of ham without any pineapple on them.

Only if the toothpicks are pine otherwise it might be Pork-e-oak.  Just doesn't have the same ring.

Now the before pics look good and I would really like to see the finished an sliced Qview too. I like to know if all you are doing is re-heating this hams why do you have to put it in the oven I would just leave it in the smoker.

yea its more of just a reheating think. its already smoked from the store. the reason I took it out is because I don't have much propane, and 2 I want to get that sugary glaze on the outside so I like to put it in the oven to do that. I just smoked it a little to get a lil better smoke flavor in it
