Hello everyone! I'm from the outskirts of Cincinnati, OH. I am a SERIOUS pepper head. Hot food keeps the ticker ticking and the blood pressure down. I love smoking anything I can get my hands on and I am a hot sauce guru of sort. Just wanted to say Hi to everyone.

First off welcome Melon head to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of really good folks that would just love to help you with anything to do with smoking. Now we like having new folks here to give a new prospective on some of the ways we do things around here. Now if you are really new then I would suggest that you sign up fir the 5-day E-course it free and it will give you the basics on smoking and a few recipes too. Here's a link to it:

then you will have a method to your newly found madness and believe me it will be a madness. Then when you start smoking things you will have to learn how to post the pictures / Qview

Now the next thing you have to do is run out and get something to smoke. Then just smoke it and if you have any questions just post  them here and we will answer all your questions that you might have. And talk about Peppers!! You know what I have growing in the garden. ( Bhut Jolokia ) Gonna be a good winter for us. Melonhead is my son. And is quite a chef and sauce guru himself. He has been a Smokie for almost 16 years, me 33 years. I will never get the smell of smoke washed out of my hair. Welcome Melon. Darn good people on here with recipes and advice that will knock your socks off.

Love the habs too!!! Melonhead and I can eat 3-5 lbs a week. Grow them too,, bagged and froze 31 one gallon bags last October for the winter and just made it.We also love Hot Sauce Drinking parties and we have over 100 empty bottles in my bar for ,,Well bragging rights. You empty it you get to keep it. Thanks for the offer Ben. We could send you some if you want them.

Actually we are outside Blanchester, Out in the Boonies. If you get close just look for the smoke. Melonhead and I would love to have you stop by and see us. Theres always something on one of my smokers and always Ice Cold Beer
